The true goal of any inspection is to directly involve the client and utilize the inspector's skills to detect and evaluate conditions, put these conditions into proper perspective, demonstrate empathy for the client's fears or anxieties, and educate the client so they can make well informed, cogent, realistic choices about significant issues.
Business should be about service, professionalism, trust and supporting the community. This means our clients always receive extreme excellence and uncommon service and they know we are always available to them down the road, no charge, whether it be 5 days or 5 years later.
